An annuity, often called the "opposite of life insurance," protects against the risk of outliving your financial resources. With an annuity, the insured person receives a stream of income they cannot outlive, offering a stable solution to reduce portfolio risk. Sometimes referred to as a "Bond Alternative," annuities serve as a safe-money strategy. When purchasing an annuity, the buyer allocates a lump sum or periodic payments in exchange for several benefits:
Asset Safety: Protection from future financial losses.
Growth Potential: Opportunities for growth through fixed interest rates or indexed options.
Lifetime Income: A regular stream of income payments starting immediately or at a future date, continuing for the purchaser's lifetime—even if they live past age 100.
DEFERRED ANNUITIES
A deferred annuity delays income payments for at least one year after the account is established. It’s typically used for accumulation, allowing the value to grow until the annuitant is ready to transition the funds into income payments or pass them to beneficiaries.
IMMEDIATE ANNUITIES
An immediate annuity is often used to create income starting the moment the money are allocated. The client can pick a lifetime income stream or a lifetime income stream with a minimum number of years of income, 15 years as an example. It can be owned individually or joint.
SPECIALIZED ANNUITIES

Mr. Gleisner is a licensed financial professional and an annuity specialist. Of course given that the clients stays within their means based upon the proposed plan.
No, please! I don't think anyone would like to be pressured into buying anything — and neither should you. I will help you identify the top annuities that are best suited, based on your age and several other factors. I will actually share my screen and show you the process of how to find the better annuity, based upon your criteria. Many of the people that I have helped, end up becoming happy clients; however, you are under no obligation to work with me. The choice is entirely up to you.
I provide Annuity Evaluations for free. I believe that by helping and showing you the process of finding the better choice, you can decide if an annuity is right for you. If you would like to purchase an annuity through me, the insurance company that provides that annuity, compensates me as commission is built into the contract. My focus is not the commission, but that you get the better solution. I offer an Complimentary Annuity Evaluation phone consultation. I have observed over the years that by using this no pressure approach of educating and helping enough people — many of them will choose to work with me and become happy clients.
My process can help you ensure a comfortable and financially secure retirement based upon you staying within your projected means. If I can add value to you and put more money in your pocket — you may then consider purchasing an annuity through me. The insurance company that offers the annuity that you select will then payout a commission that I am happy to disclosure.
Many of the clients I have helped have been working with a financial advisor for many years and wanted a second opinion regarding their retirement and financial plan. I have also run into the scenario where a client's financial advisor has focused on stock market investment and didn't carry an insurance license or didn't have the experience or the knowledge to provide the better annuity solution to supplement the stock market investments, keeping an appropriate risk level, and create a level of guaranteed income. I advise clients to get an objective, independent second opinion before making an irreversible decision — that may have devastating consequences during their retirement years.
